We’ve had a fair share of pilot plant projects come through our fabrication facility in the last year. Below are a collection of videos that give you an idea of what some of those projects looked like at various stages.
This is a frame for one of our pilot skids, leaving the shop to get painted. Many of our pilot plant frames are fabricated out of carbon steel in our carbon shop, get painted, and then go to our stainless steel “clean” shop to have equipment and controls installed.

Frames are unloaded at our stainless steel fabrication shop, after getting a protective coat of paint applied. These frames will now have the process system assembled onto them, complete with automated controls, to build a complete pilot plant.

Our skilled craftsmen work to assemble a system. Working in a controlled environment, our pilot plant fabrication team has the advantage of perfect working conditions to get systems completed with higher quality construction, faster timelines and safer working conditions
We enjoy the little things and so do our clients. Here's a look at some of our guys putting the finishing touches on another successful skid before it ships out to Los Angeles, California early next week. #EPIC #Modular #Process

A completed pilot module is loaded and leaves for it’s final destination. This particular module was shipped to Iowa, as part of a demonstration plant for Argo Gensis and Iowa State Universities venture into a bio-based asphalt.
Fast forward Friday. Another skid loaded and out the door. Great project with our engineers and the professional help from our shop. #EPICWay #ModularProcess
